Direct manufacturing, lower cost
We are an integrated CNC machining manufacturer working directly from the production floor. By eliminating intermediaries, we reduce unnecessary cost while maintaining consistent quality and reliable delivery.
Machining accuracy across all production stages
For CNC prototyping, tolerances can reach ±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in).
For low-volume production, stable tolerances of ±0.01 mm (±0.0004 in) are maintained.
For high-volume production, stable tolerances of ±0.025 mm (±0.001 in) ensure repeatability and efficiency.
Advanced equipment and proven processes
We use CNC machining centres, gantry machines, CNC lathes and mill-turn systems to handle complex geometry and maintain consistency across batches. Standardised workflows and proven machining strategies deliver repeatable results.
Experienced team and strong engineering support
With over 20 years of CNC machining experience, our team provides practical Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidance to reduce risk, control cost and meet functional and dimensional requirements without over-engineering.
Online quotation system
By uploading your CAD files through our online quotation system, you receive an initial price estimate and lead-time evaluation efficiently. The system supports both prototyping and production projects.
Key factors affecting CNC machining cost
Material type and part size; machining complexity and tolerance requirements; order quantity (prototype, low volume or high volume); surface finishing and inspection requirements.
Design optimisation tips for cost efficiency
Avoid unnecessarily tight tolerances on non-critical dimensions; use standard materials and common tool radii where possible; minimise deep pockets and overly complex chamfer features.
CNC machining vs. 3D printing
CNC machining suits parts requiring strict material properties, tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. 3D printing suits rapid form validation and visual prototypes with complex internal geometry.
CNC machining vs. injection molding
CNC machining requires no tooling investment, which makes it ideal for prototypes and low-to-medium volume production. Injection molding is more cost-effective at large scale, but carries high upfront mould cost.
Recommended strategy
During early product development, CNC machining is commonly used for design validation. Once the design is finalised and demand increases, injection molding or another mass-production process may be introduced.
Non-disclosure agreements and IP policy
Non-Disclosure Agreements can be signed on request, ensuring that all drawings, designs and project information remain confidential.
Secure file transfer and data management
Controlled file access and internal permission management ensure customer data is only accessible to authorised engineering and production personnel.
Building a trusted long-term partnership
We prioritise long-term cooperation based on transparency, compliance and clearly defined responsibilities.
