From single prototypes to high-volume production — precision excellence at any scale.
Full-service CNC manufacturing from initial design to final assembly.
The same datum strategy and inspection plan carry from the first article through to series production, so nothing changes underneath you when the volumes go up.
Accelerate your R&D cycle with KH Precision Machining's precision prototyping. We transform complex automotive and industrial designs into functional parts using advanced CNC and additive techniques, ensuring design integrity before mass production.
Transition seamlessly from prototype to market. KH Precision Machining provides robust bridge-to-production and full-scale manufacturing, leveraging IATF 16949 standards to deliver consistent quality for thousands of high-precision components.
We build door frames, roof rails, and side panels using high-strength lightweight materials to optimise both safety and fuel economy. Our high-precision laser cutting and stamping technologies precisely render complex designs. With robotic welding and automated assembly, we guarantee structural integrity and consistency. Finished with e-coating or powder coating, these components offer excellent anti-corrosion performance and long-term durability.
Interior components — such as dashboards, seat frames, and door panels — must balance aesthetic appeal with functional requirements, including durability and safety. We utilise a diverse range of plastics, composites, and metals to manufacture these parts. Injection molding, combined with CNC trimming and finishing, ensures exceptional precision and high-quality surface finishes. For structural elements like seat frames, we employ precision metalworking — including stamping, bending, and welding — to meet the automotive industry's rigorous strength and safety standards.
In the automotive industry, every component directly affects the vehicle's performance, safety, and durability. KH Precision Machining not only delivers high-precision CNC machining capabilities, but also provides in-depth analysis and engineering consulting to create the most suitable machining solution for each application scenario.

Our automotive programmes are run to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 aligned process controls, covering first article inspection, in-process sampling, and documented dimensional reporting. Certification scope and current certificate copies are available on request — please ask during quotation so we can confirm the documents your programme requires.
Documentation is agreed per programme. We routinely provide first article inspection reports, dimensional inspection reports, material certificates with heat-number traceability, and CMM results for critical features. Where a full PPAP submission is required, specify the level and the required elements at quotation stage so the inspection plan and lead time can be built around it.
Metals: aluminum alloys such as 6061 and 7075, steel and stainless including 4140, 304 and 316L, copper and brass including C3600 and C1100, and titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V).
Polymers: engineering plastics including PA (nylon), POM (Delrin), ABS and PC, plus high-performance grades such as PEEK, PTFE and carbon fibre reinforced composites. Surface finishing options include anodizing and passivation.
From a single validation prototype through to series production in the 500 to 100,000+ unit range. Prototype work can turn around in as little as 24 hours, and the same datum strategy and inspection plan carry from the first article into production so fit and function do not shift when volume increases.
Consistency is managed by process control rather than final inspection alone. Every part is produced against a locked process with a defined tooling and fixture set. Critical features are measured with calibrated instruments and CMM, trended across the run, and any drift is corrected before it becomes a non-conformance.
Yes. Alongside CNC machining, milling and turning we run sheet metal stamping and fabrication, and injection molding for plastic components. Structural items such as seat frames are produced with stamping, bending and welding. Keeping those routes with one supplier means the datum strategy carries through the whole assembly.
