Gearbox Housings
Housings, bearing blocks and mounting interfaces where bore alignment and sealing surface finish decide whether the unit runs quiet.
High-strength, precision parts for heavy-duty applications. We manufacture durable components that meet the rigorous demands of industrial equipment and automation systems.
We supply critical components for construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling systems, and factory automation.
Housings, bearing blocks and mounting interfaces where bore alignment and sealing surface finish decide whether the unit runs quiet.
Manifolds and fluid power parts with complex internal porting, strict surface finish requirements and pressure integrity testing.
Bases, weldments and machine frames machined on large-bed mills to hold flatness and interface position after fabrication.
A machine programme usually starts with one-off parts for testing and ends as a serial supply line. We support both ends and the transition between them.
Rapid prototyping of conceptual components for testing and validation. Accelerate your new machinery development cycle.
Long-term manufacturing support for serial production. Process control ensures part consistency over thousands of units.
Manufacturing of housings, bearing blocks, and mounting interfaces for gearboxes, reducers, and transmission systems. Focus on bore alignment and surface finish for sealing.
Precision machining of fluid power components. Complex internal porting, strict surface finish requirements, and pressure integrity testing.
Our facility handles the full spectrum of industrial component manufacturing, from rough stock through to finished, assembled units. Keeping machining, fabrication and assembly under one roof means the interface dimensions are controlled as a system, rather than discovered at fit-up.
Our manufacturing focuses on component reliability, dimensional stability under load, and integration into larger mechanical assemblies. We serve OEMs and equipment builders.
Engineered materials selected for strength and longevity in demanding environments.

First Article Inspection (FAI), CPK data, and full dimensional reports provided.
Stable processes ensure part-to-part consistency for medium to high-volume orders.
Gearbox and reducer housings, bearing blocks, hydraulic and pneumatic manifolds, structural frames and machine bases, weldments, long shafts and rollers, plus workholding, assembly jigs and inspection fixtures.
Yes. Large-bed CNC mills and lathes handle weldments, bases and frames, and heavy-duty turning covers long shafts, rollers, pins and large-diameter rotational components from bar stock and forgings. If you send the part envelope with the enquiry we will confirm the machine and fixturing before quoting.
Bore alignment is a datum problem before it is a tolerance problem. We establish the machining datum from the functional interface, bore bearing journals in one setup where the geometry allows, and verify position and parallelism on the CMM rather than relying on the machine's positioning accuracy alone.
Yes. First Article Inspection reports and full dimensional reports are standard. CPK data is provided where a programme requires statistical capability evidence on nominated characteristics — tell us which features need capability studies at quotation stage so the sample size and inspection plan are built around them.
Alloy steels: carbon steels 1045, 4140 and 4340; tool steels D2, A2 and H13; alloy steels 8620 and 9310. Through-hardening and case hardening are available, along with heat treatment.
Stainless and aluminium: 17-4PH, 316 and 304 stainless, 2205 duplex, aluminium plate in 5083, 6061 and 7075, and ductile and gray cast iron. Finishing includes passivation, painting and plating.
Specialty alloys: bronze and brass for bearing surfaces and bushings, Inconel 718 and 625 for high-temperature service, Hastelloy for corrosion resistance, and titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5.
Yes. Alongside one-off development parts we run sustained production from 100 up to 50,000+ units per year, with inventory management programmes available for OEM customers. Process control rather than end-of-line sorting is what keeps part-to-part consistency across a long run.
Yes. We review the design against the actual machining route and flag the features that drive cost: deep pockets, non-standard radii, tolerances tighter than the function requires, and surfaces that cannot be reached in the planned setups. Catching those before the first cut is usually the single largest cost saving on a machinery programme.
We focus on the manufacturing challenges specific to industrial machinery: durability, precision under load, and seamless integration into complex assemblies.
Engineering support to optimise part designs for cost-effective, reliable production.
Predictable lead times and transparent communication to keep your production lines running.
