Unibody casings and housings where the machined surface is also the visible product surface, so finish and fit both matter.

Unibody casings and housings where the machined surface is also the visible product surface, so finish and fit both matter.
Heat sinks, spreaders and cold plates with high-aspect fins, machined from copper and aluminium for efficient heat paths.
Precision shells and bodies for connectors and contacts, held to the tolerances that determine insertion force and signal integrity.
The same process definition and inspection plan carry from design verification into volume, so the part you validated is the part you receive in series.
Accelerate product development with precision-machined prototypes. We enable design validation, assembly testing, and functional verification with rapid turnaround.
High-volume manufacturing for consumer electronic components. We ensure process stability and quality consistency for production-scale orders.
We machine aluminium and magnesium alloy casings with precise tolerances for electronic devices. Our processes ensure perfect fitment, aesthetic quality, and structural integrity for consumer products.
Precision machining of brackets, mounts, and structural components within electronic devices. We maintain dimensional accuracy for proper assembly and function in constrained spaces.
Housings, frames, internal brackets and thermal parts for a single device are produced to one datum strategy and one inspection plan. Keeping the set together means the interfaces are controlled as a system rather than optimised part by part, which is what removes the fit problems that appear when each component is sourced separately.
Electronic device components require precision, aesthetic finish, and dimensional stability. We provide manufacturing solutions for complex geometries and tight tolerance requirements in high-volume production.

Yes, and it is one of the harder things to get right. On consumer electronics the machined surface is often the product surface, so tool marks, chatter and anodizing streaks are all visible defects rather than cosmetic ones. We plan the finishing pass around the surface that will be seen, and control the coolant, tool path and feed so the part anodizes evenly without blotching.
Standard machined tolerance is ±0.025 mm, with critical features such as connector interfaces and mating faces held to ±0.01 mm where the drawing requires it. For parts that must assemble with a PCB or a moulded component, we work to the interface dimensions that actually govern fit rather than tightening the whole drawing.
Metals: aluminium 6061 and 7075 for housings, stainless 303, 304 and 316, magnesium alloys for lightweight structures, and brass for connectors and contacts. Finishing includes anodizing and plating.
Polymers and advanced materials: ABS, polycarbonate, nylon and PEEK, plus titanium, copper alloys for thermal management, ceramics for insulating parts, and composites for specialised applications.
Functional prototypes run on a 2–4 day cycle for design verification and assembly testing. The same process then carries into volume production from 1,000 up to 500,000+ units, with full production records so the validated part and the series part are the same part.
Consistency is managed by process control rather than end-of-line sorting. Every part is produced against a locked process with a defined tooling and fixture set, critical features are measured with calibrated instruments and CMM, and results are trended across the run so drift is corrected before it becomes a non-conformance.
Yes. Consumer electronics work is usually pre-launch, so we sign unilateral or mutual NDAs before drawing review, restrict drawing access to project engineering personnel, and do not use customer parts for marketing or sample display. Nothing reaches a portfolio or a trade show without written authorisation.
